Opium and Drugs de-addiction Campaign

An awareness campaign was conducted by our organization in villages on drug and opium addiction measures. In which all the heads of the institution told the villagers about the need for the de-addiction campaign. Opium and drug abuse have become a major challenge in today’s time. A large section of the youth is in its grip. People are spoiling their lives by consuming drugs like cocaine (hashish, hashish), heroin, opium, ganja (marijuana), alcohol, whiskey, rum, beer, brown sugar, hashish, cannabis.  These substances cause intoxication for some time in which the person has a pleasant feeling, but as soon as the drug ends the person wants to take it again. Within a few days, he becomes addicted to these substances. We need to build a protest against this drug-taking matter as it will be the only way to save our young generation.

Organizing Swachch Bharat Abhiyan

The society has adapted a Swachh Bharat Abhiyan in the nearby locality to keep the surroundings clean. We have to keep our surroundings lean as well as leaning our houses; under the campaign by the Central Govt., we have started the Abhiyan every month. Local youth and children take part in this campaign actively and do the cleaning work from dawn; they start to clean from their premises first and then move to the bigger areas.

Organizing a cooking competition on Independence Day

From our Trust, Bordumsa Mahila Mandal, we celebrate Independence Day on the 15 of August. This day, we invited all the social workers of Bordumsa and the President for Chief Guest. We organized a Cooking competition for local women which has become a huge success.

Training on Horticulture and Agriculture development

The agriculture and horticulture status of rural areas is still underdeveloped as farmers don’t know about scientific farming. Agriculture is the base of our culture and most of the food products come from the agriculture sector. To develop the agriculture sector of the rural areas, we provide help to the farmers through various agricultural resources. We organize camps to provide the right tools, knowledge about new technologies, distribute free seeds, control pests to grow agricultural status. To raise the economic status of the people living below the poverty line, we promote horticulture programming to know the importance of these in our real life. Fruit & wheat, gram, maize, pulses, vegetables & other food items were distributed to Poor families.
